Cynthia Good, MS Clinical Psychology, LMHCA, is a Clinical Counselor, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, author, award-winning researcher, and internationally recognized speaker. She is the Executive Director of LifeCircle Consulting, LLC, is Certified in Acute Traumatic Stress Management, and is a member of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. She focuses on issues related to perinatal well being, psychology, lactation, education, equity, diversity, inclusion, and culture. She formerly served as an Adjunct Professor at Bastyr University where she taught counseling skills in the Department of Midwifery. In addition, she formerly served as the Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion for JUUstice Washington, a state action network focusing on social justice.
In her work as a psychotherapist and Parent Coordinator at Sandbox Therapy Group, Cynthia offers holistic counseling that addresses the needs of individuals and families experiencing a variety of life challenges. One of her specialties is working with families coping with challenges in their reproductive and parenting years, such as postpartum depression and traumatic birth. She also works with survivors of narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. She can provide telemental health to individuals living in Washington state.
She believes that—even during our greatest struggles—each person has strengths and solutions within them. She strives to help clients harness hope and their inherent ability to heal and grow so that they can move toward creating lives characterized by meaning and well-being.
